|  They are rather expensive to bring back as they are the property of the Terry Nation estate. It's also likely that the Daleks, like the Master in the previous series would seem like a crutch to hold on to and used for too many episodes. Of course for all the letting go of the past that the new Who is attempting, I find it funny they are bringing back the Cybermen. |
