| What slows you down are the things that get installed that run at startup and continue to run in the background. To clean it up i use a program called startup control panel. To be notified when a program wants to start up with windows i use one called startupmonitor. Both are available for free personal use at http://www.mlin.net |

| Yes, it takes alot of memory. the More memory you use, the slower the computer. Try deleting unwanted files and defraging the hard drive. |
