| I worked a temp assignment for 8 months. I had perfect attendance, worked all overtime that was offered, boss gave high praise (letter in evidence). On anniversary instead of permanent job offer a complaint was made that I "offended" a co-worker. I was let go and asked not to return (even to pick up my belongings). I fear my current job search is being "spoiled" by my ex-boss by giving a bad reference. What can I do ? |
