we rent a home with the option to buy in Indiana we love the house but have bad credit and have not been able to clean all of it up.
I have herd that there are companys who work with people that need a home loan.
we have never been late on our rent and the people we are working with really like us and would put a good word in.
I don't know who to talk to or how to even start this process.
please help

No sense in paying a credit repair company to write the same letters you could write on your own. Search Google for instructions on how to challenge credit report items.

First step is get your free copy of each credit report. You are entitled to a free one from each reporting company, each year.

Read and understand EVERYTHING in the report, then challenge some of the items.

Second, learn how to manage your credit score. Once you learn the tricks to a high score, follow them. Yes, it means you spend less for the junk you like to collect, but it leads to a clean score.

Find an honest mortgage broker and ask for help. If your credit can be fixed, the broker can be quite helpful.

Talk to a Real Estate Agent in your area. They should be able to help you. Or call the local bank and talk to a loan officer. They should be able to help also.. Good luck.
