| ...can I cook today (Monday)? It has now been in fridge for four days - it was in my freezer for a week prior. I didn't notice brown spots. But it did look grey with pink middle. Not sure what frozen turkey should look like. |

|  How big is the turkey? In the fridge a 5ld turkey should take a day to thaw. The rule of thumb not in a fridge but the turkey is frozen is about 45 minutes per 1/2 pound turkey. If it's a small turkey throw it out. |
