Traveling in a car at the speed of light, you shine a flashlight toward a car in front of you also travelling at the speed of light. Does the flashlight beam reach the car ahead? If so, what speed is the flashlight beam traveling?

According to Einstien's assumption in his 'theory of relativity' the speed of light does not change due to relative motion and hence the flashlight beam reaches with the speed of light (in that medium)

Some extra information-- Any other physical quantity like mass, space or time would change due to relative motion and the change is more pronounced as the speed approaches the speeed of light. But speed of light(in vacuum) doesnt change. This is an assumption but hasn't been disproved yet.
