I have worked in a state facility for almost 3 years. I am a supervisor in the Records Department. I have a new boss who has tried to write me up several times and even suspend me for ridiculous reasons involving small mistakes made while on the job. Suspension was ruled in my favor and boss retaliated by trying to give me two write ups on the same day for minor infractions. He talks down to me, has a dictatorial personality, and on several occasions tells me my opion doesn't mean anything only his opinion counts. He tells me I'm not doing my job which is completely untrue. He shows favortism to his friends and he is constantly after me. I have become so nervous and depressed that I began to question every decision I made afraid he was going to find fault in something and write me up. I have gone to the Doctor and she stated I was depressed from my job situation and recommended that I take a prescribed anti-depression medication and look around for another job.

first u must understand why he does this if u find one talk to him if he doesnt listen to u cant find one tell his boss think god for the chain of command
