| I went to the Norton Virus and purchased to download for $46 dollars and I really do not know what to do now. I would like to run a scan and have anything fixed that needs to be. I really don't know what I am doing. |

|  return it!!! It doesn't work for crap!! I had norton in my computer, and a whole bunch of viruses and adware infected my computer...i had to delete everyhting and reinstall everything. Best thing is to download ANTIVIR it's free online and works hella good. So good that I haven't had any type of viruses in my computer, it deletes before it even gets in your system, norton will try to fix it once its in your computer!! Return it, get your money,and download ANTIVIR!!! |

| Have you installed it yet? If not, you want to do that first by running the program that you downloaded. Click on My Computer, and find the file that you downloaded, and double-click on it to run it. If you've already installed it, then goto the Start menu, select "All Programs" and then find Norton Antivirus, and run it. Select either "Full System Scan" or "Scan My Computer."
