| What are some good Healthy breakfast ideas i have about 15-30 min in the morning to cook and eat i am 13 and it doesnt take much to fill me up (im not looking to lose wieght i just would like to start better habits) SOME PEOPLE CANT READ AND I SAID I DIDNT WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT (just to make that clear) |

| Eating a healthy, non sugar saturated cereal and a type of fruit is just fine, but I noticed that I feel the best when I eat eggs with toast or fruit and milk, haha I eat a lot in the morning. |

| Congratulation, on the 13 year old you already care about starting better habit. That's great. You are fantastic. Good Healthy Breakfast: - one 10 ounce tumbler of unsweetened grapefruit juice - one fried egg with low heat or better boiled egg (only one egg yolk a day is healthy, egg white free) - one or 2 slices of toast of wheat bread or whole meal bread or a cup of slow cooking oats or high fiber cereals - a glass of low fat or skimmed milk - one portion grill or baked medium cut of breast of chicken or veal or fish - one green apple, green pear or a cut of avocado with low fat mayonnaise - plenty of water It sounds tasty and appetizing, isn't it? yes for good healthy eating is nothing to do with hunger or untasted food.
