| I have IIS installed. I want to host my own site. I want users to type in a web address, i.e. www.samplewebaddress.com and it goes to my website stored on my computer. Thanks. |

Keep the server patched and, ideally, behind a firewall to minimize the ports you're exposing. Enjoy - it can be fun home hosting butbe aware of your DSL or Cable company's terms and conditions. They may disallow such usage. |
