| I've always had my friends & even people that I don't know very well come to me for advice. I've considered going to school for psychology but don't know if I want to at my age. Sure, having a degree is fine but do you really think all of that booklearning really helps people with their problems? Or, is it more helpful to have a compassionate ear & a sense of what someone needs? |

| Good question...The more and better education you get will help you get an entry-level job or a promotion. However, most employers prefer experience. Thus, I would say experience is more important, but education is very important to qualify for a job. It also may be the reason why you get promoted when someone else does not. |
