okay so before dinner i will have -190 cal weight watchers muffin -2 scrambeled eggs -200 cal sandiwch-wheat bread and turkey and a little mustard -1 banana -100 calorie pack -cup of peaches and for dinner i need help deciding...which would be healthier and more sustaining (workout included below) -grilled chicken salad with honey mustard on the side (ill dip it in sparingly) and a little cheese only. [this is from beef o' brady's restaurant] -or chicken tortilla soup in a bread bowl with a side of fruits from mcalisters deli -or grilled chicken wrap with side of fruit from mcalisters deli. which one is best/most healthy? my workout will be 3 miles run (unless im still sore, then probably 2), 200 crunches, ab video, and machines at the gym for all body. so what dinner choice is best considering my workout and lunch/breakfast? i'm 17, 5'4.5'', and 126 pds

Best choice for dinner is definately the chicken wrap. Add veggies to the wrap to fill you up and eat the fruit. If there is dressing on the wrap, take it on the side instead and just add 1 Table spoon to the wrap.

If you really want to lose the weight eat the grilled chicken wrap and don't eat so many calories before dinner and maybe go on a diet, but that is your choice. ( i went on a diet and what i did was limited how much salt i had, limitted my carbo hydrates and drank mostly water for about a week. i lost 5 pounds!!! just some advice. U DONT HAVE TO LISTEN TO ME THOUGH!

You are totally obsessed with listing everything and having other people tell you what you should put in your body. It isn't healthy. You should eat what you feel you want to eat for dinner, not what others decide is healthiest.

I think you are too hard on yourself. If you don't eat junk food and alot of fatty oils you wont get fat. I weigh just a little less and I'm about the same height, but I'm younger. If you lake like a 30 minute walk/jog every other day and eat friuts and vegetables you won't have to eat all those diet foods. Don't forget drink lots of Water!
