I just want it to run World of Warcraft with med. - high settings without it lagging. nothing really over the top. im not trying to put a down payment on a BMW here. it also needs to run Team Fortress 2. im pretty sure if WoW runs well TF2 should be about the same? post some links to prebuilts if possible. Thanks i figured WoW didnt need high requirements, because i used to play on my crappy EMachine with all the settings turned down. it was ok but still choppy when in crowded areas. i would build my own but it just seems a lil too pricy. plus i dont know the first thing about building a computer. i know the basics, like where to stick the RAM and how to change a video card but thats about it. also i never know what video cards and hardware work with certain motherboards.

Depends what you're getting like monitors and such; For an OK one, I would suggest getting a Mobo that supports PCI-E which is around $100, 1-2 GB of RAM which is around $50-100. 160GB harddrive $75(Games nowadays can take up to 10 gbs). A good graphics card like Geforce 7 series or 8. I would get 8600 GT which is around $100. I would get dual core processor and that's around $150. Also a case with psu and that'll be also around $100. So pretty much $500+.

Well you don't even need a OK gaming computer for WoW. Just a recent computer. I have a HP Pavilion Slimline s3323w, straight from the store with a Nvidia 6150GT graphics card, and I run WoW at 30 - 35 FPS. Never played TF2 tho. *EDIT* Link: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=8195033 At a good $478 Hope this helped!

OK, get a Dell and HP have the cheapest base PCs BUT.. they cahrge too much for their extras.. Want to add another 1GB or RAM.. $50-75 Want a nice video card - $120-160 extra. You can get these parts CHEAPER thru Newegg.com So here's my idea.. buy a basic Mid-tower Dell or HP with PCI-express x16 slot. THEN buy extra RAM and Video card thru Newegg.com and save at least $100 OR Buy refurbished/recerified which had a problem but were repaired by HP or Dell. Best ones I've seen are at Buy.com. http://www.buy.com/prod/hp-pavilion-elite-m9040n-tv-desktop-intel-core-2-quad-processor-q6600/q/loc/101/206879511.html
