If I were to buy a used car (wanting a 1994 Supra on Ebay, looks very nice), and it has over 50k miles on it, would I just need to replace the engine for the miles to go back down to 0?(Of course I might need to change the other parts on it) Br549 I know that. But if I replace the engine, the car will have no mileage on it right?

The engine will have no milage on it.... but the body, and everything else will still have over 50 k on it. The dash will not ever show zero again... unless you break the law and turn it back.

No you have to do something really illegal for the mileage to goto 0. Also replacing the motor means nothing in terms of vehicle lifespan, other parts like suspension parts, axles, transmission are also a factor.
