| Whenever my coimputer tries to launch a game in full screen mode, it switches to full screen, then back to the main desktop without allowing me into the game at all. I see the game in my taskbar but I'm unable to view it and play it. It does occasionally allow me in to play the game. Any ideas? It happens with nothing but system files running in the background. It just cannot stay open in full screen mode and since I cannot open the menu to change it from full screen mode into a window, I cannot play the game I've purchased. |

|  Possibly, you have something running in the background, keeping it from opening. |

| First go straight to your desktop and right-click. Go down to properties. Go to the settings tab. Go to screen resolution and make it the highest. Same with color quality. |
