| I want to find out if there still are any good mortgage companies to work for in southern california? I am looking to find a busy workplace where others are still making consistent income. |

| I am in the biss. in South Jersey and I have been consistent, things just slowed a bit last month but prior to that I've been very busy. Look into a direct lender that does FHA. The government and HUD still have a great name in this f-ed up mtg. world. |

| I've been in this business for over four years here in Oklahoma. While the business has slowed a little bit over the past couple of months, people always need homes, people always need to refinance, and yes, the business is still strong. Typically speaking, the winter is a slow time normally for the mortgage business, but we have more leads than we know what to do with. |
