| only thing I could find... PINEAPPLE COOL WHIP CAKE 1 box cake (white) 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 (4 oz.) instant vanilla flavor pudding 1 can crushed pineapple, drained Bake cake as directed on box. Bake in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Cool cake for at least 2 hours. Prepare pudding as directed on box with electric mixer - blend in cream cheese until smooth. With a large spoon mix pudding-cream cheese mixture, Cool Whip, pineapple. Spread mixture on cooled cake. Refrigerate until ready to eat. Pineapple Coolwhip pie recipie Ingredients: Graham cracker pie crust (this is the only ingredient with sugar and can be eliminated and served as a pudding) 1 pkg. Sugar free lemon jello 16 oz. low fat plain yogurt 1 large can low sugar crushed pineapple (drained) 2 tubs low sugar cool whip Directions Mix the jello with 1/4 cup boiling water. Let cool. Stir into the jello the yogurt and drained pineapple. Fold in one tub of the cool whip. refrigerate this for about 1/2 hour or until slightly set . Place all into the piec rust. Allow to set firmly. | pretty close NGREDIENTS * 1 3/4 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping * 1/3 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup * 2 ripe bananas, sliced * 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained * 1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut * 1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts DIRECTIONS 1. Beat whipped topping and syrup in large bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. 2. Add fruit, coconut and walnuts; stir gently. Cover. 3.
