| I broke my ankle about 3 years ago, and recently I had really bad pain in my ankle especially when I run or walk, then today I tripped down the stairs and made it worse, walking and running hurts so much, but I don't think thats enough to get the doctor to write a note to exuse me from P.E. Is it? And if it isn't what should I do? |

|  go to the doctor, and have him xray it. then you'll see what's wrong. |

| not sure what it is but the best thing to see your doctor and trust his judment. I believe you be fine. |
