If you like sweet pancakes, I use the Bisquick recipe from the box and make it normal and then add Vanilla Extract and sugar to taste (until its sweet enough for your liking) and then make them like normal

I just use Bisquick to make pancakes. They turn out light and fluffy every time. Make sure the grill is hot(put a drop of water onto the grill,if it makes a sizzle sound, the grill is hot). Not to hot though or they will be to dark before they are done.Turn the pancake when the edges are set.

Most pancakes need syrup to make them sweet. Here is the type that I like: http://www.cooks.com/rec/doc/0,194,151187-239195,00.html
