| I would cover for them for at least half of the time However, I would uncover at the end in order to give them a little crisp to them |

| I don't cover mine. They get nice and crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. I think covering them makes them too soft on the outside. Uncovered is my answer. Yummmmm |

| cover for first hour then uncover for 15 then to get crispy finnish either grill or broil |
