...hrs. Should I cover with foil? Just not sure if I should cover it or not, or cover it for a pertencage of the time, then take it off.

They will dry out if you don't cover them!

take foil off for last half hour to let the legs go nice and brown.

I would cover for them for at least half of the time

However, I would uncover at the end in order to give them a little crisp to them

I don't cover mine. They get nice and crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside.
I think covering them makes them too soft on the outside. Uncovered is my answer. Yummmmm

cover for first hour then uncover for 15 then to get crispy finnish either grill or broil
