| I just bought this 32gb ipod touch. You have to plug it in and open itunes before you can use it. I plugged it in and I get this error message: "Itunes could not connect to the iphone because an unknown error occurred (0xE80000001). It's not an iphone, it's a touch. What do I do to make this better. I reinstalled itunes already and changed usb ports. My 80gb video connects with itunes without a problem. i have windows vista |
