says I have to keep it in for 2 mo? they gave me an epideral for the procedure and i'm going back to the states in a month. I'm worried about leaving it in too long. But I don't have health insurance. So should I get it removed here (with another epideral and 3 days in the hospital) or do I wait to get it removed at home, where it will most definitely be very expensive but a less stressful process? Does anyone know what something like a kidney-bladder stent removal would cost without health insurance? I'm stressing out as neither option sounds good and I want this thing out asap, but i want to make sure i'm doing the right thing for my body. I don't if I can trust the doctors here. (as an example, they think its ok to smoke in the bathroom of the surgical ward...) Any info or advice anyone might have would be sooooo appreciated. I'm far away from home and feeling down about my options right now. Thanks for your time.
