I got a bag of mussels and we couldn't eat them all. They are in a broth of their natural liquid, white balsamic vinegar, onion, garlic, and Italian Seasonings... Can I pop them into the freezer? I REALLY don't want them to go to waste!

sorry love, it doesn't work. I should know, i've tried it! Defrosting them the texture changes and it disintigrates. Its just one of those foods you have to eat fresh.

Yes - they will not be quite as good, but as long as they are cooked, you can freeze them.
