| rest of the Philly metro area? more specifically --with the huge appreciation of real estate in the NYC metro area, i am seeing more r.e. ads for Philly. people are traveling farther to get to work and NJ looks as if it will become a giant suburb btwn NYC and Phila. Does Phila and environs have a strong economic base to see above avg price appreciation in the coming years. Additionally, does Camden look like it could be to Philly what Hoboken is to NYC? |
