| ...Has anyone actually made money? I found a site that offers 100% financing with a credit score of approx. 650+. If I purchase a property and someone buys this property from me they will also get 100% financing, if they have a credit score of approx. 550+. |

|  People make money buying and reselling forecloserers all the time. The best source of them is the forclosure depts. of banks/mortgage companies. You'd better have really good credit or alot of capitol to work with though, or you won't be able to take advantage of the opportunities. By the way, they are referred to as REO's ( Real Estate Owned). |
