| employment, do I have to take it? yes, I am a union memeber, and the reson I have a hard time working first is because of the kids, no sitter in the mornings,my husband had to change his hours at work to accomodate my 1st shift job. I also have to use my own sick time to go to the doctors and therapy, is this right???? |

| Are you a union member? If so, check with them first. They should handle it for you. If not, there are some things you should consider. Are you really well enought to go back? If you aren't you will need a doctor's note saying that. If you now are and the human resource department says the 1st shift is the only time available talk to a lawyer. He or she may be able to work something out with a simple phone call. Good luck. |
