| Yes. FHA Title 1 loans will go that high. However, the proceeds are supposed to be used for home improvements. I used to do a lot of these, and I am sure some of the homeowners managed to pocket some of the proceeds by doing work themselves, but they aren't going to give you the loan for the express purpose of paying credit card bills. I suggest you dig in and pay off those credit card bills with heavy sacrifice. Good luck. |
