Are there lists of the pros and cons of each company? I want to only invest in companies that are responsiable and future focused.

check out www.socialinvest.org or www.socialfunds.com

Any easy way to do it might be to purchase mutual funds that have social screening criteria, e.g., Neuberger Berman Social Responsibility, Ariel, Calvert, Domini. They tend to have higher fees, but they also have more research to do.

There are also a lot of companies out there that are "socially responsible". Whole Foods Market (WFMI) comes to mind. If I remember where I saw that list, I'll post it here...
