| The company I used to work for went bankrupt. The employees finally received a small settlement last December. Now we receive a letter saying there is a certain amt, from 3 checks returned with no explanation that they have deemed these funds be paid into the court and disposed up pursuant to 28 USC 2042. Any idea what this title says? |
