Default what is the cheapest state to run a corporation in the US?
I'm setting up a corporation, and currently I'm located in NJ.. I understand different states charge different amounts, including the non-operational minimun tax, so I was wondering where is the most recommended.
I already set it up in Delaware. Now I need to RUN it, so I was wondering what state is better probably taxes wise.

Many large business have their corporation started in Delaware. Try there.
