| ...invest in a higher rate of return net=400 per mo.Thinking of borrowing up to the 400 per mo. net cash flow to create a tax deduction + I can make 8% apr in bonds. If I move in this house for 2 years will I be able to get the Tax exemption for a principle residence? |
