I struggle with keeping my weight steady and find that if I eat breakfast I am hungry and munching all day long, so I don't eat breakfast. It doesn't seem to affect my energy level and ability to take weight off when I need to. Is the idea that breakfast is the most important meal of the day just myth?

Breakfast is an energy booster. never miss ur breakfast. there is a saying: Eat your breakfast like a king, your lunch like any common man and your dinner like a beggar. i believe that the energy u get outta the breakfast is carried through the day. i've known people to faint merely because they dont eat their breakfast. u can eat light during your lunch and very light during dinner, but never miss your breakfast.

Breakfast being the most important meal of the day is not merely a myth. Your last meal would've ideally been several hours before. Thus your body has been deprived of food for a very long period of time. Breakfast is not just essential for the initial surge of energy to get you through the morning, but also to keep your energy levels high throughout the day. Even though your energy levels may not be affected apparently, lack of breakfast may cause grogginess, fatigue during the day. However if you desperately need to maintain your weight, skipping lunch or dinner is the best bet!
