Best breakfast for someone who hates breakfast?

I never eat breakfast but want to start, problem is I physically can't eat right when i wake up, makes me sick to my gut. If I were to eat something quick and small, what would be the best food to start the day with?

I go with Chocolate Chip Pop Tarts, myself. You might like an apple or something if you're looking to go healthier.

Since it's hard for you to eat in the morning start with just a bagel or a muffin with coffee or juice, something really small nothing heavy so you wouldn't get sick.

I don't really like breakfast either and don't have much time for it. I usually eat a banana when I get to work. Or a granola bar when we don't have any bananas. Sometimes I do a low sugar protien shake.

I"m not a breakfast eater either, but the last few weeks I've tried to become one. The best thing you can do is eat something light each morning, then after a few days, you'll actually get used to eating breakfast and will WANT to eat it.

I don't have much time in the morning for breakfast either, so what I do is I have a Protein Shake. It fills me up and I'm able to start my day of right.

I can't eat right after I get up either. I usually just drink an Ensure for breakfast. It's a nutritional drink that you can supplement for meals or drink to gain or maintain you weight. It has all the nutrients and vitamins you need to start your day and it comes in different flavors.
