oh my god.. do u know this is the 3RD TIME i'm actually typing my entry for this question?? never mind, no one will believe me anyway.. i was so detailed and looked so many pages on the net to find a best easy way to help u in preparing a bento.who knows my stupid com always has a problem with its internet connection.(was dc 2 times) *sigh*

i really don't feel like re-typing the essay i juz did, so i will directly invite u to click on the websites i found for u, guaranteed to be satisfying!!! i love jap cuisine too, and here i and my mum and sis work at a jap restaurant. i'm staying in singapore do u mind telling me where u stay?

anyway, my e-mail is yuni_chan88@yahoo.com.sg feel free to mail me and we can further discuss.. i'm so excited to find someone with the same interest as me.

i wold suggest ur bento include onigiri(rice balls), ebi fry(fried prawns), as ur main dish. japs also like to include sausages in their bento where they cut the sausage into 2 or 3 smaller parts and then snip the end of a piece of the smaller sausage so that the end kind of split opens to look something like a squid.(i've included a link on how to make this pattern on a sausage) it would be great if u could include fresh fruits in ur bento, like watermelons.

meanwhile i invite u to click on the links for the recipes(1st link on onigiri, 2nd link on ebi fry, 3rd link on various other japanese food recipes u can include in ur bento, 4th link sausages patterns), while my hands take a break.. hope my compuer doesn't go through another dc..

Oh yea, gd luck on ur bento!! =]
