| i am a 28 yr old chef, formaly trained, well travelled and have studied in italy,london,and the states. yet, i get bored with the restaurants i work at, and end up quiting, i dont work very good under command, yet i have a strong talent to make my own unique recipes and menus. i was thinking about competitive cooking, or catering...i just dont know, would love to start my own buissness, just dont have the money,. |
