| It's the best way to start your day. Try to make it complete: Some fruit, milk or yoghurt, cereal or bread and some kind of meat or cheese with a little bit of oil. If you mix different food groups you won't be hungry so soon. That's a healthy breakfast. By doing this you will give energy to your body during the hours you need or spend mostly. |
