| Normally my husband removes his cap when out dining. I asked him the other day why he didn't take his cap off this time and he said that his hair was awful. We are normally very proper with etiquette. |

| What i don't understand is when chef's and people in the food preparation industry deal with food they wear hats because it's considered hygienic so hair doesn't contaminate the food. But when people wear hats when dealing with food it's considered improper and bad manners. Why? |
