| Nothing will be done except the management will be notified that they need to pay more attention to the small details, such as that. But if you give them your name and address they'll definitely send you something, coupons or whatever. |

| Does your county or state have a Board of Health? The can investigate and find out if the moldy bun was a one-time incident or if it is caused by unsanitary conditions. In most states restaurants need a licence or certification from the board of health in order to conduct business. If the conditions in the restaurant is not sanitary the board will make sure it gets corrected or the business will be fined or even closed. |

| contact the highest person you can find in the (bad pun) food chain. I would contact the head office on something like that. At the least the chain should have kissed some fanny and given them a bunch of vouchers or something |
