How can you ask a restaurant to order your food with no salt? I find that things are alreay mixed with salt added. Do you know of a restaurant who serves no salt or sugar?

Ordering food without salt in a restaurant is almost impossible. Many restaurants add a lot of salt to their food to make it seem tastier, which keeps many people coming back. But if you order foods that are not prepared with sauces and so on but are prepared by simple grilling or something like that you can probably order "no salt". Also whenever possible ask for sauces and gravies (which have a lot of salt) "on the side" rather than on your food and then you can control how much you eat. I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

my best guess would be to have them make it fresh with no salt (or surgar) but most of the time i just ask for no onions.
