| ...though various programs fail to do so!? I try to use Yahoo's anti-spyware toolbar and Ad-a-ware software to no effect. In fact, the Yahoo toolbar gets locked up while trying to remove these couple of nefarious programs! |

| Also try Spybot. Make sure you update the programs before you run them. If that doesn't do it Try searching "remove (name of file)" something should come up with directions |

| I have found that virus scanners such as AVG do a better job at removing trojans. Also you should try running your spykillers in safe mode, some will work in safe mode, some will not. You might also want to consider using Hijackthis! program, but be very very carefull with that one. |
