|  Vista hasn't been released yet, and the BETA is still under construction. I've seen it, it's really not a big step up from XP PRO. A lot of bells and whistles, who knows the final version may just wow us....Although if you ever see a final version of Windows XP let me know. |

| the beta is out but the real version has yet to be released so in point of fact no one has windows vista yet |

| It is currently in BETA-1 and CTP (Community Technology Preview). There is another CTP planned for this week, then BETA-2 is set to be released about the April/May timeframe. BETA-2 is exciting because MS is putting in all the "features". RTM is scheduled for holiday season 2006. And to answer your question, I have it. |

| The beta version is out. I don't have it yet, one because I don't belong to MSDN, and two if I did, I think having a computer where the filesystem is still in beta testing is a bad idea. It is rumored that it will come out 7 December 2006, but certaintly before the holiday season begins. |
