|  Use Lavasoft Ad-Aware (get it from download.com) and do a full system scan. It is by far the best way to get rid of all adware. I reccommend it 100% |

| Its easy; go to www.symantec.com/search Type the name of the malware and in the search box and you will get the removal tool for that. |
