| ...download. need a phone no. to call I bought shield pro 2005 for 29.99$ through paypal but to download I need a serial number that I never got. Traced the vendor to a compay/person called Nextasile with a phone that rings forever but is never answered. I either need someone at paypal to help me ( can't find a phone no. ) Or a good number for Nextasile or a good email site for them . Got jason@nextasile.com and that is n't valid either. |

| On PayPal.com, click "Resolution Center". From there, click "File a Claim". PayPal will research the transaction by asking you for details of the transaction, then by asking the merchant for their side. Often, this will result in the merchant getting you the serial number that you need. If they do not cooperate, PayPal will refunf your money. |
