Get the latest versions of “spybot search and destroy” and “ad-aware” from downloads.com. (If you were my customer, I’d have you download them more quickly from one of my servers). Then install them. Then update to the latest versions of them. Then run the “immunize” function from within “spybot”. Then empty your trash can. Install and run “crap cleaner” from http://www.ccleaner.com . Then run a full scan with the spybot and ad-aware programs. Update your virus-scanner to the latest version. If you do not have a virus scanner, get a free non-commercial version from http://free.grisoft.com – it does a decent job and doesn’t cost anything. Make sure and run a full scan with your virus-scanner too. When anything is found, fix/remove it and restart your computer. Following the above should greatly improve your internet speed, computer response time and data security.

For more information, please see the “Computer Repair/Technical Support” link on http://www.jsh.biz/ . Have a pen and paper ready because I’ll give you all of the instructions that you need in less than 10 minutes to try and keep your costs down to under $10. I think that’s a pretty good deal to get all of that info for less than $10.

the so called "anti-spy anti-mallware" is in fact a spy-ware it's a common trick. try to get rid of it, end any process that looks suspicious, edit the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows/Current_Version/Run and delete any keys that look suspicious, restart the computer and voila... all tough if you're not experienced in windows operating sistem i wouldn't advice to mess with the registry good luck

Spyware will not be detected by a virus scanner. you can try these 3 freebies:
1. Scan for virus and remove (free online scan) with BitDefender

http://www.bitdefender.com/site/home/

2. Scan for trojans and remove (free online scan) with Ewido

http://www.ewido.net/en/

3. Scan for ad/spyware and remove (free download) with Spybot Search & Destroy

Get Spybot - It's free and the best - That will tell you if there's spyware and help you remove it. Make sure you update it regularly and immunize your computer

Also - Use Mozilla Firefox to browse the Internet not Internet Explorer
see Mozilla.com
