| I am using AMD athlon 32 bit PC running Windows XP SP 2. Earlier whenever i stop a USB device, a small message "it is now safe to remove your hardware" would appear near the task tray. Also i could hear a sound. But now i am able to hear the sound but not the message. Situation is same for windows security alerts as well as desktop cleanup utility. Waiting for some solution The solution given by Having_Fun_At_Work is not working. Still i could here the sound |
