| ...taken out of his pay check.? This person left the U.S. to return back to his mother land 25 years ago. He is now 59 years old and lives in Thailand and he is not a U.S. citizen so he is not entile to Retirement Insurance benefits. What can he do about the 7 years of Social Security taxes that he put in can he claim the amount he puts in at one lump sum or what. |
