i was in an accident fri night where i turned to miss a deer and i slammed into a guardrail at 40 mph and the airbags NEVER came out. I am just making sure that my car had an airbag becouse if it did, this is a lawsuit.

Even if it does have airbags, not all collisions will cause them to deploy.

It sounds as if you survived the accident pretty well, so get over the lawsuit BS, K? Who would you sue anyway, the deer??

Just so you know, Subaru started putting air bags in Legacy's in 92.
Look at the center of your steering wheel. If you see a stamp that says SRS, then yes you have an air bag.
When you start your car there should be a check light that says airbag as well.
