...them who's fault is it? Ok~ Say there is a Standered transmission car. and when it is time for that car to go and they roll back like they do and hits the person behind them who's faught is it. the person driving the Standered or the other person for being to close?

The car that rolls back would be at fault. Sorry.

Everybody all ways blames someone else for the accident,but the driver who's vehicle rolled back is at fault.By law you must always be in control of your vehicle!

It would be the rolling cars fault. Although it is not all that fair if the car in the back was too close.
