It is much easier to replace leather and plastic than it is to replace skin and bones.

Depends on how much you like the thought of her losing all of the skin on half her body if you lay the bike down for some reason (accident, avoiding an accident, hit a rabbit, etc.) If she likes to look good, think about how good a huge road rash scar on her legs and arms would look. So, tell her she would look hot in leathers and a brain bucket.

Tell her that she would the ultimate of hottness if she was wearing some leathers, chaps(with jeans), leather jacket and some kind of helmet. I bet the other guys would think the same .. lol I would really try to get her to wear something thats going to protect her if you were to have a accident.
