I don't remember what led me to believe Deckard was a replicant. I didn't see anything that would imply he was when I watched the movie recently and my husband said I was out of my mind when I told my kids he was but didn't know it. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

He was definitely a replicant - If not, how do you explain the origami unicorn left at the end, and the unicorn dream. The unicorn is an image implanted in the replicant's memory.

I'm pretty sure he wasn't, he was a killer of replicants (a blade runner).

OK, I'm changing my answer to: no one knows. Apparantly this is an ongoing debate among Blade Runner afficionados. See the link below for more info.
